OLD TOTT'S 2nd XV 6 v CHESHUNT 3rd/Vets V 13

Greene King Merit Table.

After arriving at St Andrews Lane minus their "South African" quartet. Tott's Skipper "Biff" had to reshape the team. And placed himself on the bench, until he came on to play Centre!! From the start Tott's were more aggressive on the field and more than once, a word from the official was needed! The home team scored a break away try up the field from a line-out. This was converted, followed by a penalty. When Steve Neal was "Sinn-binned" for a late tackle!! (The first Neal to walk).

From the kick off Tott's "Veteran" Prop Tony Street caught the ball and was stopped by a sneaky head-butt and a loose fist connected in his mush!! Well in all these years playing and with all anger vented up. The Frog fought back. Decking one missing loads!!!!!!!!!!!

The Ref called him over and warned "Him any more you are off"

"But i was butted and a cheap shot on me bugle ref" was his defence.

To which the ref said "Sorry all i saw was your elbows and ' Windmill Arm'!!

The result was another penalty slotted. Tott's were soon put back in the game as Garth Bennett sailed over two long-long range drop goals!!!!!!

The second half saw Tott's attack the home side line. But for the wrong move or a dropped ball. Never crossed that white line.

Tott's were forced into a few changes in this half. With the 'OLDE FROG' having to be replaced for his own safety!!!(or some-body else's!!!) But next week as was announced in the "Club-House"
